After reaching the final on a number of occasions over the past few years, this victory is particularly special. The determination, resilience and teamwork shown by this group of players has been outstanding, and it is wonderful to see their hard work finally rewarded.
This success is not only a testament to the commitment of our pupils, but also reflects the excellent work being done within our local GAA clubs. The skills, passion and love for the game that are nurtured in our community continue to shine through in our school teams.
