Primary 4 thoroughly enjoyed their WW2 school trip to the Palace Stables yesterday.They learned lots of interesting facts about the war with Paul and they got to meet an Evacuation Officer and an American soldier who told them all about their jobs during the war. They learned how to salute and march.They had the opportunity to role play what it would have been like when they heard the air raid siren and they actually got to experience entering an air raid shelter.Ella was a wonderful warden!Finally they enjoyed making their identity tag and their identity card so they could prove they were not a spy! Such a wonderful, educational school trip which was enjoyed by all.
