Designing a 9-piece grid for our “Journey to Fairyland” task was an exciting and hands on challenge.We worked together to create a simple map that would help us programme the Bee-Bot to travel across the grid and deliver Cinderella’s invitations. First, we planned where each square would go, thinking carefully about the route Bee-Bot would need to take. Then, we tested different instructions, solving problems when Bee-Bot didn’t go the right way. it was lots of fun experimenting, debugging our code and cheering when Bee-Bot successfully reached its destination. This activity helped us build our teamwork, logical thinking and problem solving-solving skills while bringing a magical story to life.
