As part of their topic of Houses and Homes, P2 have been studying both fictional and non-fictional castles. So we decided as a result of reading various versions of Jack and the Beanstalk story that we would grow our own beanstalks. The children have being caring for their French Beans for the last few months and are now finally able to take them home. Hopefully we will be seeing many beanstalks sprouting up around the Granemore area in the not too distant future.
