Mrs Kerr's Sri Lankan Adventure

Mrs Kerr would like to take the opportunity to thank all those parents and children who contributed so generously to the fundraising for Sambodhi Home, Sri Lanka. As the pictures show she had a wonderful time volunteering there. The whole school community is extremely proud of Mrs Kerr for the huge difference she has made to the lives of the residents at the home. Mrs Kerr spoke to the children at a special assembly and shared with them some of the experiences she had whilst in Sri Lanka. This gave the children a valuable insight into the lives of others much less fortunate than themselves and was a humbling experience for staff and pupils alike.
