Today in our Inner Wings Programme, we learnt about comfortable and uncomfortable terms and rediscovered our superpowers. We practised using the confidence ladder to build resilience and had fun playing musical statues and feeling the beat of a drum.We focused on believing in ourselves and being kind and compassionate not only to ourselves but to others too.🫶💕
