HIP Psychology Visits P7

Today, P7 participated in an engaging and interactive workshop with Carlos from HIP Psychology, that focused on their transition to secondary school.

The pupils had the opportunity to learn about the importance of sleep, staying organised and how develop an effective morning and night time routine. The children also analysed a standard secondary school timetable.

This insightful workshop alleviated many of our P7’s potential worries about their move to Year 8.
