Our Primary 7 pupils had another fantastic session this week with Natasha from Burns Skills School 💬
This week’s focus was on anxiety and coping mechanisms—an incredibly important topic as our P7s prepare for their upcoming transition to secondary school. 🏫✨
Through engaging discussions and practical strategies, pupils explored ways to recognise feelings of anxiety and learned helpful techniques to manage them. These skills are not only valuable for the move to secondary school, but also for everyday life. 💡
We are very proud of how maturely and thoughtfully our P7s participated, showing great awareness and willingness to support one another. 🤝
