A very special girl!

21st Nov 2017

Mrs.Kerr was very happy to recieve a cheque for 550 pounds from Eimear. This money was raised when Eimear had her hair cut for the Little Princess Charity. Her hair was donated to make a wig for some child in need and the money raised through sponsorship was very kindly donated to Sambodhi Home in Sri Lanka. The lady in charge of the home was delighted to hear about Eimears efforts and the money is going towards building lockers for the women in Sambodhi to keep all their belongings. At present all their belongings are stored under their beds in boxes or suitcases. The lockers will hopefully be given to the residents in time for Christmas. P5 hope to hold a small raffle in a few weeks time to help add to the funds. Again a huge thanks to Eimear and her family for their kindness and generosity.
