Today our P5 pupils learned how to write clear, step-by-step instructions, by making pancakes!
The classroom was filled with excitement as the children followed the method, help mix ingredients and sample the finished product. Mixing literacy skills with a real-life task made the learning meaningful (and very tasty!).
From sequencing steps to using bossy verbs, they did a brilliant job. The pancakes didn’t last long either! 😄
