🎶 Poetry & Music Workshop For P6 & P7 🎶

Our P6 and P7 pupils had an incredible experience yesterday exploring the rich heritage of Irish music and culture! Dr. Frank Ferguson shared fascinating insights into the life and works of the legendary Tommy Makem, showing how our local area has inspired so many beautiful songs and poems.

The children learned about the creative process behind he writing and discovered how storytelling, tradition, and place come together to create timeless music.

A huge thank you to Dr. Ferguson for inspiring the next generation of writers and musicians!
