This week, our P7 pupils took part in the first session of their new mental health curriculum, delivered by Burns Skills School 💬🧠
Natasha led a brilliant opening session themed “Mind Over Matter”, where pupils explored the positive and negative powers of different social media platforms. Through open discussion and thoughtful activities, children reflected on how social media can influence thoughts, feelings, and choices, and how to use it in a healthy, balanced way.
A fantastic start to an important programme focused on wellbeing, resilience, and self-awareness 👏
