🦸‍♀️🧠 Our P5 pupils have been discovering their inner superpowers! 💫

As part of the Inner Wings confidence-building programme, they've been learning how to feel strong and calm through breathing exercises, exploring their unique personal ‘superpowers’, and communicating in creative ways — like using gestures in the game Don’t Wake the Dragon! 🐉🤫

They’ve also been learning to recognise emotions by making expressive faces — can you guess what feelings they’re showing in these photos? 😲😡😃😢

The programme will continue over the coming weeks, and the pupils are absolutely loving it! 💪💬
