Our girls enjoyed a competitive day at the Lisa McAtavey Tournament in Derrynoose, lining out as defending champions and facing a very challenging group.
Matched up against strong sides from Derrynoose and Foley, the girls battled hard in both games, earning two well‑deserved draws. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to book a place in the final, but the determination, effort and teamwork shown throughout the day were excellent.
Well done to our girls for representing the school so positively, and congratulations to Middletown, worthy winners of the tournament.
